Malcolm Pryor Sr.

Malcolmn Pryor, Sr. - has spent more than 30 years in the Financial Services Industry as a Senior Executive. He began his career in fixed income sales at Goldman Sachs in 1972. He has been a Member of the Chicago Board of Trade, The New York Coffee and Cocoa Exchange and a Market Maker with the Philadelphia Options Exchange.

From 1980 through 2004 he was the founder and Chief Executive of Pryor, Counts & Co., which led financings in the Municipal Bond Industry. The firm Senior Managed transactions in Infrastructure, Housing, Transportation, Utilities and Development projects in varying amounts. The firm also underwrote and structured transactions for international entities and invested in projects in the financial services, Engineering, equipment leasing, software development, Insurance, and hotel development and Healthcare Sub Saharan Africa. He served as Board Member of these companies.  He was also a founding shareholder of the African Export Import Bank headquartered in Cairo, Egypt. He was also a founding shareholder of United Bancshares, Philadelphia.

He has been a Board Member of a NYSE listed company. Pepboys,Inc. and a listed Bank on the Ghana Stock Exchange, CalBank. Pryor was CEO of an Enterprise Fund sponsored by USAID in Southern Africa. The Southern Africa Enterprise Development Fund that invested in eleven countries in Southern and Eastern Africa.He is currently a Registered Representation with Quoin Capital headquartered in Philadelphia, PA.
